WARRANTY POLICY
1. Freecool offers a quality guarantee period of 12 months from date of purchase ('Warranty Period').
(a).Mod which is under Warranty Period can enjoy the warranty service. (b).Pod is consumable product so it is not covered under warranty.
2. This warranty is invalid as result of any of following conditions:
(a).Customer doesn't provide anti-fake label and original receipt and package of purchase. (b).Merchandise failure or damage is caused due to unauthorized repair. (c).Merchandise failure or damage is caused due to misuse or improper care from consumers. (d).Merchandise inspected to be a counterfeit.
3. Within Warranty Period, we provide free-of-charge replacement of manufacturing defect which has been verified by Freecool. Please keep your purchase of proof well in case of needing warranty service. 4. How to get after sales service? (Please make sure the device is under "warranty period") Please email after sales service department. Email Address: support@freecool.com When you email us, you need to attach below materials:
(a).A picture of receipt or purchase proof (The case is still going to be handled if you don't have it. ) (b).A video or pictures to show product issue.
